The litigation department is concerned with all aspects which involve actual or potential court hearings in the Magistrate’s and High Court, either by action or applications.
CONVEYANCING
The conveyancing department deals with the registration of transfer of residential (conventional and sectional Title) and commercial properties.

We also engage in commercial and corporate work. Legal services include negotiations, drafting and advising on contracts of all kinds.

The firm is being run by Larissa Francis as a Sole Proprietorship since January 2020. Larissa is supported by highly trained professional staff, administration staff and support staff, who have a positive working environment and realise the needs of their clients and the importance of providing dedicated, friendly and efficient service to clients. Larissa has been in practice since 2015.
